Beautiful apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Cádiz, next to the Town Hall and the commercial pier. The farm has been rehabilitated, it has an elevator, the apartment has the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The house is very cozy and very well equipped. It has an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron), bathroom (with shower plate), 1 bedroom with a 1.35 cm bed, living room with sofa, dining table, side table and TV cabinet.

The location is perfect, it is in the historic center, but you can also walk to the beach. It is right next to the Town Hall and very close to the Roman Theater, the Casa de Iberoamericana, the Cathedral, Plaza las Flores, Populo, the La Merced flamenco center and flamenco clubs. Area with great gastronomic and cultural offer. Perfect for strolling through the streets of a city with a lot of history.
In the historic center it is better to leave the car parked and visit the city on foot. So if you come by car we recommend you in a public parking lot.
If you come by bus or train you will get off at Plaza de Sevilla, about 400 m. of the apartment.
