Beautiful apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Cádiz, next to the Cathedral and Plaza de las Flores. The farm has been rehabilitated, it has an elevator, the apartment has all the comforts to have a pleasant stay.

The house is very cozy and very well equipped. It has an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron), bathroom (with shower plate, 1 bedroom with a 1.35 cm bed, living room with sofa, dining table, side table and TV cabinet.
The farm has a large elevator.

The location is perfect, it is in the historic center, but you can also walk to the beach. It is between the Cathedral and the Plaza de las Flores, nearby we have the Town Hall, the Roman Theater, the Casa de Iberoamericana, the La Merced flamenco center and flamenco clubs. Area with great gastronomic and cultural offer. Perfect for strolling through the streets of a city with a lot of history.
In the historic center it is better to leave the car parked and visit the city on foot. So if you come by car we recommend the Campo del Sur car park with a daily cost of €18, about 300 m away. of the apartment.
If you come by bus or train you will get off at the Plaza de Sevilla about 700 m. of the apartment.

It is a very quiet street since it is pedestrianized, only vehicles that have a garage space can access it.

You can walk to any part of the Center but apart from about 300 m. there are urban bus stops to go to the new part of the city or to any part of the Center
